Writing is Difficult

   To most of people, writing is truly a dreadful exercise, a terrible occupation. People might struggle against writing, hesitate for expressing our feelings deeply and sincerely, but not unnecessary words. Since we have to task our mind for thinking the contents again and again, we must try our best to make the articles plentiful but concise. To me, I'm totally not good at writing in English, because I'm lack of vocabularies, but I will still make efforts on it for the purpose of improving. On the other hand, I love writing in Chinese since I could express my feeling fluently, such as writing a diary. Moreover, I appreciate on Chinese poems which conclude only few words, yet it could clearly express the meaning. It makes me pretty interested in it, willing to recite or compose poetry, and would like to create a poetry, too. Although I love writing in Chinese, I am sort of confused for being my career. I think that writing is natural imagination, whenever we have new ideas, we could record down, and then design a story; if it's a pressure for writing exactly perfect essays,  it would be really dreadful and agonizing. However, we could seek our interests, pursue towards our dreams, and then being convinced to our careers.

Chronological Order

  Through the story, ''There Will Come Soft Rains'', we could observe a series of events that had happened on August 4, 2026-- the extinction of humans. Although the clock reminded for waking up and repeated for perfect breakfast with delicious toasts, eggs, bacons, and coffees, there is still no responses. After sensing the time, the robots cleaned up the food and the entire house. It's almost noon, a dog who survived the nuclear war seeking for signs of lives in the house. After it totally despaired for finding nothing, it eventually turned resentful and crazy, ended its life with chagrin. Soon, the house involved by the fire, and tried everything to save itself, it still got blazed and exploded into ashes. Just like the poem that study ceiling said: '' And Spring herself, when she woke at dawn/ Would scarcely know that we were gone.'' Since people were greedy, they lose what they own before, and lost the dreams that they could create in the future. I think that the author is trying to tell us the state of content is significance, since greedy is vanity. We should banish greedy from money, from power, and from victories. One false step brings everlasting grief. The only thing that still exist in the world was the forever regretful memory.

Irony

  According to the story "There will come soft rains", though humans have already lived abundantly, they still covet more money, more power, more territories, and religion. Therefore, they ended up destroying themselves in a nuclear war. People may have war with the others, since they couldn't satisfy what they possess; they are always greedy at others. Because people have emotions, they love others, but being envious of others in the meanwhile. I know that it's sort of strange, but if humans lack of emotions, we become cold bloody.The same piece of cookie, we eat hasty, others eat slowly and contentedly, so we begin to jealous of their cookie. The same principle, people cast greedy eyes on others' treasure. They were looking for a better life. We'll never think of others, we'll become egoism. People fight for money, which can provide a better life for them. People fight for power, since power could made them stronger, citizens have to listen to kings. People fight for religion, because they always consider that their religion is the best, they didn't know how to respect. It is pretty ironic that people couldn't satisfy what they possess, but at the same time, it is the truth. People were looking for a better life and the thoughts of want to have a better life have brought them destruction. However, nowadays, through the advantage of technology, people have an ideal life. On the other hand, if people start a  war, and then it's a forever war with the end of the world. 

 

Thankful

  Since I was born, my parents loved me really, really much. One of the reason is that I'm their first kid, they take care of me cautiously, and wished me could glitter myself on the future stage; so I am always trying my best to repay their kindness and expectation. Whenever I'm sorrowful or ill, they look after me carefully, comfort me, encourage me; hope that I could recover as soon as possible. Thanks for their consideration that always give everything that is the best to me, I gradually grow up in happiness and peaceful. Since I was in childhood, I learned lots of  knowledge through the teachers' teaching. They direct me on the correct way of life, point out my mistakes, and expect me to have a bright future. They taught me something more important than the textbook-- attitude.Whatever you're doing or studying, we should have a correct attitude towards our works. No matter we have understanded the knowledge before, we always have to keep modest in mind, eager for knowledge; therefore, we could improve ourselves and being more open-minded. Thanks for the teachers, I have promoted myself by their teaching and directions. Since I was bored, I listened to music, read favorite novels, and chatted with intimate friends or thinking about this class. I love music and novels because they express my feeling through the melody and the exciting plots, they even unload my pressure. When I'm listening to music or reading novels, I could forget all of the vexation in the world, expel my pain in my heart, such as enjoy myself in the heaven lightly. Also, I'm very glad that I have such kind of friends who always support me whenever I was at low tide, they treat me sincerely, embolden me genuinely, and chatted with me for the purpose of clearing up. Furthermore, I truly love my friends and this class very much. They make me feel happy-go-lucky everyday. They are pretty optimism and having lots of laughs, which often makes me grinning all the time. Thanks for music, novels, friends, and the class, they make my life more beautiful and wonderful.    

My Invention

  Travel through the whole world is fascinating. We could appreciate the scenery and respect to the  custom and culture. Travel through the world history is absorbing. We could study the wisdom of the ancients and model us on their dilligency for development and extension. Travel through the cartoon is interesting. We could enjoy ourselves in the humorous of plot and play cosplay or pretend we are the characters. Travel through the novel is extremely wonderful. We could carry out our adventures and detect the clues for unveiling mysteries. Journey always makes people feel relax, enjoy our lives, or begin an exciting adventure. So, I truly love travel. No matter in a real world, historic events or in fictional cartoons, novels; I could often seek my original intention, which fulls of touch and emotion. I found that the happiness we pursue very often is usually stay beside us. If it is possible, I would like to invent a '' time shuttle '' which can shuttle back and forth through the real and fiction, through the future and the past. The time shuttle might contain four comfortable seats ( which can represent as a bed ), so a regular family can travel together, and lounge on whenever they feel tired. There will be  kinds of color since it depends on the feature. I might design one of the color as mysterious silver with serene white, because it makes a feeling on taking a trip with a space shuttle. The other features might be a cartoon character, such as Doraemon, Mickey Mouse, and Winnie the Pooh; because it attracts the view of children.  However, although I don't sure whether the technology is so advanced that my invention will develop, I'll attempt and make it come true.

New Technology

  New technology will affect our lives in a beautiful way after hundreds years with environmental protection. There will be handed up a magic mirror on the walls. It could truly reveal people's kind and vice. Furthermore, it could predict people's future, and it changes our hereafter everyday. We could also pretend that we're the evil queen and asked the mirror:''Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful woman all over the world?''But, the thing that the mirror might appear was our vanity. Before a new transportation was  developed, we usually drive cars or take MRT. Now, we could ride on a bird, whose feathers are made of materials which are lighter and smaller than nano. The floss feeling make people feel comfortable, and make a steadfast friendship with birds--we could even learn the language of birds. A bird ride is fast enough as a car, but still full of dangerous, so we have to wear a specialized helmet to ensure our lives. The birds are experienced in specialized trade which have got flying license. This kind of ride could reduce air pollution by relieve the amount of carbon dioxide; and a bird ride is even cheaper than a taxi, because it depends on the relationship with the rider and the bird. Besides the invention of cold robots and  automaticity, we can seek our humor and mood when we get along with animals, and face the enthusiasm of ourselves truly.   

Setting as Character

  It is possible for the setting to take on the role of a character, although it's not pretty general. The general way of setting can take a role by acting backgrounds or conflicts. According to the story, In Trouble, if there was a blizzard or a avalanche, then it might be rational for the setting to be a character; because the nature might conceive thinking to affect the narrator by accidents. Furthermore, the setting characters may have internal conflicts. The events that would  happen totally different in the story if the setting was a character; since the story would include the feeling and thinking of setting character and its viewpoints. There are some facts happened in our lives, such as people who trapped in World Trade Center during 911, though they were terrified and fearful, they still have to face the truth-- the airplane was impacted to the building. The setting is sort of acting as a character. On the other hand, people who isolated on an island  might feel lonely and solitarily, since they would like to go back to civilization; they cannot  help but stay.The setting also affected the characters by taking a role of a character.
